The show kicks off with a lengthy pity-party which we'd usually advise listeners to avoid, but in this case we'd like some feedback as we determine the fate of our site and podcast. You can at least be amused by the fact that Rafe continues his trend of never getting a show number correct while recording it (this episode is 239, not 240).
